Privacy Notice

This notice explains how Medyatick, as data controller, processes personal data shared through this website, in line with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).

Data we process: when you use the contact form we process your name, email address, company (optional), the topic and content of your message, the language of the page and your IP address. The site stores a language preference cookie; no advertising or tracking cookies are used.

Purpose and legal basis: the data is processed to respond to your request and, for job applications, to evaluate your application. The legal bases are your explicit consent and our legitimate interest in answering requests sent to us (KVKK Art. 5).

Retention: messages are kept only as long as needed to respond to the request and are then deleted.

Transfers: your data is not shared with third parties except our hosting provider and where required by law.

Your rights: under KVKK Art. 11 you may ask whether your data is processed, request information, correction or deletion, and object to processing. You can send requests through the contact page.
